Take a Peak
At Nu FOCUS we’ve been delivering interventions to young people since 2010 and have extensive expertise in working with those who face being disadvantaged; those excluded from school, those dealing with mental health problems and involvement within the Criminal Justice System.
As part of our core work we strive to stay in touch with the pulse of what young people are interested in (4 areas highlighted), so that we may effectively engage with and support their needs.
Our programmes are designed for young people & vulnerable adults up to the age of 25 years old and through our work, we aim to develop their skills as a means to supporting the next generation in reaching their highest potential.

SOCIAL AIM: Nu FOCUS uses activities and workshop based training to improve socio-economic mobility through co-ordination of youth led activities.
Youth finance
Financial education is a planned programme of activities that equips young people with the knowledge, skills and confidence to manage their money well.
Youth Enterprise
We motivate young people to succeed in the changing world of work by equipping them with the work skills, knowledge and confidence they need.
Radio broadcasting
NuSE Radio is our online streaming platform where we provide hands-on production experience and marketing skills in media and digital technology.
Mentoring
We provide a range of personal support, assistance, encouragement and inspiration to young people during and following our programmes.
Work Experience
A valued piece to the puzzle is actual lived experience and we have curated a number of settings to ensure learning is cemented; retail, studio, club and off-site.
Events
Look out for our annual talent show showcasing local upcoming artists, supported by a FM license we will tour local skateparks and host the WoW skatepark Jam.
